Star Struck Chapter 5 part 1

“Alright well Kevin don’t we have to go somewhere?” Nick asked “what you guys are going to leave?” Jennifer asked sad “well we do need to go to one of the designers here to get our clothes for the photo shoot” Kevin said “oh well then I guess I’ll talk to you later then” I heard my sister Jen say to Kevin. We all got up and headed outside “alright bye guys” I said as I gave Joe and Kevin a hug but as I came to give Nick a hug he just waved at me “bye” he said “uh yea bye” I answered. Me and Jen got into our car and she turned to look at me “what was that?” she asked “what?” “why was Nick acting like that?” she asked “I don’t know Jen he’s weird” I said even though I didnt mean it “okay whatever, lets go head over to hillcrest for a second I need to get something” she said “ok” I answered. Once we got inside we passed the food court and all my friends from my school were there and I noticed Jared and Federer and I tried to hide behind my sister because I didnt want to see Federer at all today “Anna can you please tell me why you are hiding behind me?” “well because F is here and I dont want him to see me” “well I think…” she came to say “Anna?” I heard him say and I straightened up, no point in trying to hide now “oh uh hi Fed” “Anna!” I heard Jared say happily as he gave me a hug and I laughed “hey Jay” I said and he smiled “I missed you how is everything?” “uh its fine…I would love to stay and talk but me and my sister have got to get some stuff and then head home” I said. “I heard the Jonas Brothers were in town?” Federer said “uh” I looked at my sister not knowing if I should say that they were “uh thats great Anna we’ve got to go” my sister said “alright Jen, see ya guys later” I said and we both started to head off towards Shoppers. After we left the mall we got home and my dad was soon home at 6:00 and we all sat down and had dinner. That night I went to sleep and I couldnt get Nicholas Jerry Jonas out of my head.
The next morning I woke up to my alarm ringing 7:40 it read. I didn’t even need to go to school till 9:40 so I just put my head back down on my pillow. I knew that my sister had already gone to school and my dad was probably at work, I had told him that I would walk to school today. After a few more minutes of staying in bed I got up and washed up then I got some breakfast and watched a bit of TV. Nobody thankfully knew that the Jonas Brothers were here, my dad had told me and Jen last night that they didn’t want people to know that they were here so I couldn’t say anything to anyone about it well except that Sarah already knew. I got upstairs and put on my Blue Skinny Jeans from Hollister on and put on my AE blue tank top with my Aquamarine Juicy sweater. I got my bag and headed downstairs got my keys slipped on my converse and headed out. I put on my iPod and what a coincidence Be Be Good started playing and I headed to school. I got towards my class when I heard “ANNA!” I turned around and Sarah was standing there smiling really big and I laughed “whats up why are you so excited?” I asked “well a certain someone told me that a certain band was here” she said. “Oh about that Sarah you can’t tell anyone that they are here because they don’t want people to know” I said quietly “oh alright then…but still Im so coming with you to your dads place so I can see them, but obviously I can’t today Choir so…” she said “I’ll see what I can do” I answered and she gave me a hug. “Alright class lets get started” I heard my teacher say and after that me and Sarah only talked about how much she liked this guy at our school. School was going by quickly and I was in my third period class Digital Imaging as I was working on my Typography I felt my phone buzz “was that your phone?” Ethan asked “I think so” I said as I looked at it and it read new message Joseph Adam, Joe was texting me? I thought confused…oh yea I had given him my phone number.

There are shots fired in your neighborhood, you go to the window and see
a high speed chase ensue,

Why can’t we do this? Your GPS enabled camera phone has everything you
would need to instantly identify your location and stream live imaging
to emergency response centers, such as 911 – instant irrefutable
evidence of crime. Why not? Two reasons, the second is most shockingly
appalling!
Software – these phones could be programmed to begin recording when the
9 key is pressed, under any circumstances, (and if the key is released
before a half second, to disregard, and toss out the recording) then
begin connecting to emergency response center and initiating automated
audio and video recording, caller identification and location, and even
automated expert questioning based on extrapolation of received data.
The first reason why we can’t just connect surveillance is the lack of
software. Many phones could simply be instantly reprogrammed to offer
this feature immediately. As we speak, it is possible to post captured
video to YouTube and then direct authorities to it’s location, and
that’s a start. But it’s a slow process, certainly a distracting one
while driving, and it brings us to the next question…
They don’t want it!

Why does Wal Mart Stores, Inc not follow their own guidelines and procedures?
Bill Lang wants to transfer to a Sam’s Club in Colorado as soon as possible. Mr Lang used to be trusted by Max Rafael Waller who made the mistake of telling him everything before the Termination on Monday, 23 April 2007.

Everyone, Managers and Non-Managers, at Sam’s Club 6625 willingly volunteered.
In December 2006 Pete Weinhold, unkown to Max Rafael Waller, was trying to save a Private Security contract with Sam’s Club 6625 and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Pete Weinhold might be working at the Sam’s Club in Santa Clarita Sam’s Club and in possible contact with Bill Lang who is in denial.
Pete Weinhold owns a Private Security firm and is a Private Investigator licensed in the State of California.
Mr. Weinhold’s Private Security firm employed retired and active Peace Officers. Peace Officers have Police Powers but NOT regular Private Security firms and thus Pete Weinhold can charge extra for this. Mr. Pete Weinhold was desperate to save his contract at Sam’s Club 6625 and he found an angle; Max Rafael Waller might be an Internet Predator and Pedophile. Mr Weinhold might be at the Sam’s Club in Santa Clarita California. Los Angeles Police Officer Julian Almaraz used to work for Pete Weinhold.

A failed Sting Operation around February 2007

The bait was a hispanic looking girl at the register who was possibly under eighteen years old. Sam’s Club 6625 Associates are possibly spreading misinformation in the San Fernando Valley especially in Pacoima.
One of the is possibly a Check Out Supervisor, COS, Jay with a woman at a cell phone store in Pacoima on Foothill Blvd between Pierce St and Terra Bella St. and this came from a relative of Max.

Please help me
Hi there!
My friend sent me your page because we both used to work at Sam’s Club.
She still works there as a cashier but I was wrongfully terminated Monday night May 7, 2007.
I have been a faithful employee for over a year there.
I worked in the Optical center.
I worked there part time, go to school full time and intern as well.
Wednesday, May 2, 2007 I clocked in earlier, at 4:00, wasn’t secluded until 4:30 so as I was on my way down I got distracted and didn’t end up going down there till 4:24.
All night long I didn’t have one member it felt like so when I went to take my break I lost track of time.
I was called back to Optical because there was a member waiting, although I didn’t get the page because I was upstairs in the break room.
One of the managers Robert came up to tell me and asked me how long I had.
I said 2 minutes because at that time I realized that I had lost track.
So I went down there a minute later and they were gone.
Later on Robert comes in optical leaning on my desk, right in my face (too close for comfort) and asked me if I was on my lunch.
I said “On my lunch, I was on break.” He asked me if I knew if breaks were only supposed to be 15 min? I said yes, then he asked me how long was I up there, I said like 20.
I knew that I had messed up. That night I clocked out at 8:20 instead of 8:30 because I didn’t want to get in trouble again for having clocked in early.
My next day back to work was Monday. My manager was acting weird so I knew something was up but had no idea what. About 8:00 I was called up to the manager’s office and the manager from the front end (she’s new I don’t know her name) terminated me.
All the time that I worked at Sam’s I have never got a member’s complaint, never written up, never couched, not a D-day, nothing.
I don’t understand how they can just fire me like that.
They said that I stold company hours which makes sense but I don’t think that it’s fair that other people get all these warnings and I just jet canned.
Now my friend is saying that Robert (Robert C?) told everyone that I lied to him, which I didn’t.
I don’t think that it’s fair.
I feel that they were just making an example out of me.
I not looking for my job back or anything.
Funny thing is that day I got fired I was going to put my 2 weeks in but couldn’t because, Debbie (the lady that does that) wasn’t there that day.
I just feel like it wasn’t fair to me at all and I know when I’m mistreated. I’m asking for advice, is there anything that I would be able to do?
I really don’t know what to do. Like I said I don’t want my job back, I just want justice.

This is personal letter, therefore there will be no company letterhead under which to include it.
Under your address. Phone then email.

In your opinion, which kind of company is most closely associated with a weasel-like image?
Cell phone providers? Telephone companies? Cable television operators? Used car salesmen? Appliance repairmen? Or do you have another profession that you think is very weasel-like?
Electronic Arts kind of had a weasel like image. They used to make their employees work overtime and not pay them. Until someone filed a lawsuit and they started to change their ways.

SANGER – A controversy has arisen out of Denton County involving a 13-year-old boy, a cell phone and a text message. That message has landed the middle schooler in juvenile detention on child pornography charges. Text messaging has become part of our everyday lives. But at Sanger Middle School, it has become a problem and in some cases, pornographic. "He doesn’t know what a felony means. He doesn’t understand what pornography means," said one parent. She is a mother of a 13-year-old boy arrested Monday and suspended from school and spent the night in a juvenile detention center after an eighth grade female student texted him a naked picture of herself. "He’s a 13-year-old child. He’s in middle school. He’s supposed to be out there having fun, hanging out and playing football, which he loves to do. Instead, he’s having to sit at home with mom and dad," said his mother. The school district caught wind of the problem about a week and a half ago. The sent out a letter to parents, warning them of the images from this apparent school yard game. "I know some girl was taking pictures of herself and sending it to multiple guys. Obviously, they’ve still got their picture on their phone because they are now getting in trouble," said Bethany Mitchell, a classmate.
ALSO: on a crime against children site – it has been said that the girl has been arrested as well and charged with distrubiting child porn. If she and/or the boy are convicted they will both have to register as sexual offenders, since they’ll both be tried as adults.
