roxio manager couln’t see blackberry device 7310c?

I just installed blackberry manager 4.3 software. Software included roxio manager for images transfer. However Roxio Manager couldn’t see my black berry 7130c smart phone. Please help. Thanks in advance.

In order for the Media Manager to recognize the device you have to be running handheld operating system v4.2 or higher on the BlackBerry. You can find this out by going to Options > About. By default I believe the 7130c comes with either v4.0 or v4.1.
