Successful Employment Interview Tip
Don’t concern yourself with trying to memorize each answer to every possible interview question. Each answer you give will be unique to you. Use these questions as a guide for your practice sessions with your team members. Have a family member or close friend sit down with you and “grill” you with each of these questions. You can not simply read these questions to yourself or study them alone. You must participate in multiple mock interview sessions with someone acting as the interviewer. If possible, have these sessions audio or video taped so that you can hear and/or see answers that you stumble over or questions that you do not clearly respond to. Also, with video, you will notice certain gestures and body language that might be distracting to the interviewer that you might not notice by practicing alone. Remember: The interviewer is not just listening for how you answer the question but also, how you present your case and the image you project.

Recently I was asked to touch up a friend’s resume. Her challenge was simple. She was a stay-at-home mom who had not worked in four years. A difficult task however, with the information in this section, I generated a listing of skills she did not know she had. Here is a partial list.
(Organized, patient, detail oriented, energetic, ability to multi task, works well under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines) Now ask yourself, what company would not want their new employee to showcase these skills? Wife Barber
My husband and I decided to invest in clippers, an edger, and clipper guards to save money. Well, I thought at first my husband would be in charge of doing the clippers but I was wrong. He insisted that I would have to do the cutting because it is hard to clip his own hair. I did him first, yes brave husband, and did a pretty good job at clipping his hair. I first used the 1 inch guard but it was too high so I ended up using the one fourth and when against the grain in the front and in the back. I could make a career out of this.
