Ok, I purchased the domain name yesterday and the site said thank you for your order. This morning, they called me telling me that the domain name was cancelled, I asked why? They said, yes the charge did go through on your mastercard but we have refunded you the full money. Now, they told me to wait 6 hours for the domain name to perge out of the system so I can re order it.

I dont want to order of these people because they were rude and not willing to assist me. Surprisingly, it takes 48 hours for the domain name to get registered and be ready for use after the purchase and another 24 hours if you order on the weekend.

Can someone please recommend a nice domain name registration company fo me. Price doesnt matter, I am looking for quality support, and everything.A company that can offer me the domain name for use right away.

The request from 1and1 to receive proof of your identity is highly unusual and is something I have only ever experienced with registering Canadian domain names (.ca).

Also, most registrars will make your newly purchased domain name available to you to begin using within a few minutes, if not instantly. Someone answered above that you can’t use a domain until 24 to 48 hours after the domain is registered. This is not true.

The 24 to 48 hours wait time applies only to the time it takes for all of the Whois servers around the world to get updated with the new domain name information, including owner information and DNS servers. What this means to you is that your domain name will not resolve 100% of the time to your website (or parked page) until all Whois servers are updated with your domain’s DNS servers. This is what takes 24 to 48 hours. Some registrars (like 1and1) will make you wait before you can use your new domain, but GoDaddy and Moniker (and most others) do not make you wait.

You would do well to go with GoDaddy.com. I have been using them for years and their customer service is very good. Their prices are also some of the lowest in the industry. The user interface can be a bit aggravating, but if you only have a few domain names, it won’t be a big deal.

My registrar of choice is Moniker.com because their prices are also very low and their user interface is far superior to that of GoDaddy (very important when you manage hundreds of domain names, as I do), but their customer service is not great. Moniker also claims to have never lost a domain name (through fraud, theft, etc.).

If you only have a few domain names and you want excellent customer service, go with GoDaddy. If you own 50+ domains and don’t care about great customer service, but ease of portfolio management is a major factor, then go with Moniker.

µsurf cylinderinspector

Cylinder bore topography can have multifarious effects on internal combustion engine performance. Engine efficiency, power, lifetime and emissions can all be influenced by the surface topography inside the cylinder bore.

The µsurf® cylinderinspector from NanoFocus, Inc. is a 3D non-contact system specifically developed for measuring the surface topography of cylinder bores.

The µsurf® cylinderinspector system can be mounted directly on the motor block and can measure cylinder bores with diameters as small as 80 mm to a depth of 100 mm. A joystick controlled fully motorized positioning system allows the sensor to be positioned at the point of interest in the cylinder bore. This feature allows location specific wear analysis at critical points such as top-dead-center, bottom dead center or

The µsurf® cylinderinspector system has an accuracy in the nanometer range and measurements show excellent agreement with those from stylus systems. Individual measurements have a 0.8 x 0.8 mm field of view and up to 100 individual measurements can be stitched together to provide any desired field of view sizeand shape.

The “Anawim+Damien” Documentary Project

“Compassion is not religious business; it is human business.” – Dalai Lama

Anawim (Hebrew): the poor, the afflicted, the meek who look to God for deliverance.

Every five seconds a child dies from hunger-related causes. One out of every 100 Americans is currently homeless. One million Americans suffer from HIV/AIDS. One of us attempts suicide every single minute. We live in a broken world, in a crippled economy, in a country where unemployment has left thousands destitute, needy, and homeless. We live in a world where the ill are invisible, a world that thirsts for compassion and mercy.

As foreclosures increase and more Americans vacate their homes, unemployment rises and the economy continues to plunge, philanthropy and volunteerism has also declined in spite of how desperately the human race requires it.

But how do you create a culture of selflessness in our culture of excess and blindness to others? These marginalized ghosts of America need our attention now, more than ever.

A diversified team of organizations comprised of:

•RFP Photography, Inc., a photographic imaging company with international access to photojournalistic elements that support humanitarian efforts
•The Stauros Center for Compassion and Healing, a Catholic organization whose mission is to serve the worlds suffering
•HMS Media, a thirteen-time Emmy Award-winning arts television production company

propose the creation of The Damien Documentary Project, a feature-length film for broadcast and the Internet that will document the lifework of Father Damien, the leper priest of Molokai, and show how diverse individuals, communities and organizations are living out his message today. Against our cultures blinding backdrop of ignorant narcissism and materialism, these everyday heroes are out there in the thick of it, addressing todays most crucial life-and-death issues.

For more information on how to get involved and drive social entrepreneurship to a new level, please contact us at anawimdamien@gmail.com.

hello,

Your resume needs to sound alot more professional and less redundant.
you provide superflous information about your job duties, it may be useful to describe your responsabilities in a paragraph format rather that using bullet points.
it will help answer some of the implied questions from your statements.
good luck and good job on getting that degree. I almost went to that university. But I ended up going to CSULB, with a chemical engineering major
