Saturday, June 23, 2007
Chris Benoit was scheduled to appear at the WWE SmackDown/ ECW live event in Beaumont, Texas
3:30pm
A co-worker received a voice message from Benoit. The message from Benoit stated he missed his flight and over slept and would be late to the WWE Live Event. The co-worker called Benoit back, Benoit confirmed everything he said in his voice message and sounded tired and groggy. Benoit then stated, “I love you”. The co-worker stated that it was “out of context.”
3:42pm
The same co-worker was concerned with Benoit’s tone and demeanor and called Benoit for a second time. Benoit did not answer the call and the co-worker left a message stating “just call me back.”
3:44pm
Benoit called the co-worker back stating he didn’t answer the call because he was on the phone with Delta changing his flight. Benoit stated he had a real stressful day due to Nancy and Daniel being sick with food poisoning. They discussed travel plans for the WWE Tour of Texas with Benoit still sounding groggy at this point according to the co-worker.
4:30pm
A co-worker who consistently travels with Benoit, called Benoit from outside Houston airport and Benoit answered. Benoit told the co-worker that Nancy was throwing up blood and that Daniel was also throwing up. Benoit thought they had food poisoning. Benoit stated he changed his flight and he would be arriving into Houston at 6:30pm. Benoit told the co-worker to drive onto the WWE event.
5:35pm
Benoit called WWE Talent Relations stating that his son was throwing up and that he and Nancy were in the hospital with their son, and that Benoit would be taking a later flight into Houston, landing late, but would make the WWE live event in Beaumont.
6:10pm
A representative of Talent Relations called Benoit. The representative from Talent Relations asked Benoit what time Benoit was getting into Beaumont. Benoit responded he was leaving Atlanta at 9:20pm Eastern time arriving into Houston at 9:24pm Central time. The representative from Talent Relations advised Benoit that it would be too late to make the WWE live event in Beaumont. Benoit apologized citing he had a family emergency. The representative from Talent Relations suggested to Benoit that instead of going to the WWE live event in Beaumont, Benoit should take the flight to Houston, rest up and be ready for the Vengeance Pay-Per-View event.
6:13pm
The representative from Talent Relations called Benoit to reconfirm the travel plans with no answer from Benoit. The representative from Talent Relations left a voice message to take the flight and rest up.

the house of Benoit and found 3 deceased bodies (a male, a female and a child). The Fayette County Sheriff’s office has secured the house as a “major crime scene” and that the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office had no further information.

Complaint Description: On or around 1.4.2004 my wife and I purchased a Yahoo Premium account for our email. The benfits offered greatly impressed us with the spam control, disposable address, notepad, bookmarks, calender, event notification and such. We tied our lives into this with unfortunately no back up. We logged appointments, e mail addresses, birthdays, addresses of friends, family and loved ones. Online account links with passwords such as banking, utilities and a host of others. We intergrated the calender into our daily activities and bill pay. I became unemployed and have been in constant email communication for a wildland firefighting positon within the state of Arizona and another position for a local newspaper as a distribution manager. Both positions that I had interviewed for and under active consideration and both being done so through our email account Kettler_billteresa@yahoo.com. I was on several jon posting boards such as monster.com, hotjobs.com, careerbuilder.com and a host of others active and emailing me daily about job offers and potential Interviews. We also paid for a website at http://www.geocities.com/kettler_billteresa/ where we place videos and hundreds of digital images of my our family for our extended family parents, grandparents and brothers and sisters who reside out of state. Needless to say just the html required to write the pages alone took hours to complete and again neither was backed up. I awoke on Tuesday March 6th to find our account disabled and deactivated the message was Sorry, this account is not recoverable. Your account has been flagged or deactivated by Customer Care. You can continue to try to access your account, visit Password Help, or contact Customer Care. I called the customer service hotline after a 23 minute hold time I advised them of the issue I spoke to a Chester who I would assume by speaking to him was not from this country and was advised that to his records we had violated the Terms of service so our account was closed. When I asked what we had actually violated he stated that he could not tell us since they had no access to that information. This email was only used for that reason email nothing else where is that a violation of their TOS I went over the entire TOS as did my spouse and found nothing that we could see in our actions as a violation. I asked why we were not notified we had our lives tied up in that one email address he said that he did not have access to that information. I asked if he could just enable the account for an hour so I could retreive the needed information we had left on our Yahoo home page he said no, I then asked for a supervisor and I spoke to a Leia again I believe of another country because of her broken english and accent she refused to assist me any further stating I needed to go to http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/edit/cgi_feedback and inquire there for awnsers. I checked our online images which too is also deactivated. We have lost years of digital images, email addresses, our daily lives from birthdays to anniversarys, to appointments, to bill payments, to actual financial loss since potential employers can not contact me for job offers pending. I am filing this complaint with you and the Attorney Generals Office, The Better Business Bureau and The Governor himself , Arnold Schwarzenegger . I want to know why after explaining my issue to them I was not allowed to access my account to retrieve what it has taken me and my spouse years to aquire. Why were we as paying subscribers not allowed to be contacted if it was felt we were violating their TOS so as we could correct the issue? I also have a website http://www.fantasysavers.com which we used the disposable address as a point of contact for customer support, billing and payment which now I have to take hours upon hours to re-write while substaining a financial loss from any potential subscribers, or un-awnsered complaints.

choose options top right corner of the page
then Filters
set it up
choose words like you see in email in subject line
this seems to work best
BULK MAIL OPTIONS
open mail program
on right side choose options
then General Preferences
Then Special Folders:
check these two boxes
Save your sent messages in the Sent Items folder
Redirect incoming unsolicited mail to the Bulk Mail folder
you will never see bulk email again
