Top cooking in my chiminea

I love cooking in my chiminea. Not only that, I love experimenting with stuff to cook in my chiminea. I started with the typical bbq style things like steak, kebab skewers, chopped vegetables and the like but I think that’s only the tip of the iceberg. As the chiminea is a cross between an oven and a bbq it made sense that baking and slow cooking would be suitable too. Well, I say ‘slow’ cooking, in fact the chiminea is the fastest ‘slow’ cooker ever. You know how potatoes take forever to cook well in a bbq, well in a chiminea they cook in half the time. Try it out, get some nice meat and veg and slow cook them in your cast iron chiminea you won’t be disappointed.
