how can a person create their own cell phone background images?

I want to take some images I have on my computer and use them as backgrounds on my Sprint phone. Any ideas how?

Its called wallpaper. Yes, you can with some phones, using some programs, but as I don’t know what phone you have I cannot recommed the specific program you need, or if your phone is capable of it.

   U can take a picture and use it as your background!!!!!!1
