How to send a jpeg image to my cell phone?

I’m trying to send a jpeg image from my computer to my cell phone, but on the text message i get on my phone it says the image was removed.

Email Picture from Computer to Cell Phone.
Attach pictures in a new email as always then insert the address
Cell phone email addresses are:
Please note: some carriers don’t support MMS. Some cell phones only support text messages (SMS) not support MMS.
