The Reverse Dumbbel Foream Curl
The Reverse Dumbbel Foream Curl helps improve your biceps and forearms. To start, grab a set of dumbbells and let them hang at the end of your arms in front of yourself. Tighten your arms, keep focus and curl the dumbbells up and down, while moving your arms in the process. Take a deep breath and exhale after the dumbbells come down. While attempting this exercise, you must ensure that you take deep breaths after each time you bring the dumbbells down as you need the proper amount of air. Take it slow with this exercise.
